Signature Resizer – Resize Signature for Online Forms

Most online application forms ask for a scanned signature of a fixed size, for example 140 × 60 pixels and under 20 KB. Take a photo of your signature on white paper and this tool turns it into exactly that: it makes the paper plain white, cuts off the empty space around the signature, fits it into your size and keeps the file under your limit.

How to resize your signature

1. Sign on plain white paper with a black or blue pen and take a clear photo in good light.
2. Choose the photo, then enter the width, height and file size from your form's instructions.
3. Press Resize signature, check the preview and download the JPG.

Tips for a clear signature

• Use a pen with a dark, even line; pencil and light ink can fade when the image is made small.
• Photograph from straight above so the signature is not stretched.
• If your form needs a minimum size in KB too, enter it: the tool tells you if the file would be too small.

Does it change the colour of my ink?
